    *QC Catering is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Corporate Catering Sales Manager to join our team The Senior Corporate Catering Sales Manager will manage the corporate sales team, find and qualify leads, close sales, foster vendor and venue relationships, formulate sales strategies, and present product value to clients. Ideal candidates have a strong background in corporate sales and experience in catering and event planning.

    We are seeking a personable individual who is not afraid of picking up the phone and getting out there to make connections.

    Minimum of 10 years of corporate sales experience - preferably related to catering/events and having led a team.

    • Minimum of 5 years Hospitality experience
    • Exemplary planning and time management skills.
    • Up-to-date with corporate planning and event trends.
    • QC Catering's compensation package includes a competitive experience-based salary, commission plan with unlimited earning potential, and company benefits. Possibility to work nights and weekends. More important than hours worked is the ability to get the job done, ensure client's have an exceptional experience and provide company and sales success.
    *Yearly participant in the sales goal & commission structure with CEO, COO, & DOS being final decision makers

    • Responsible for the weekly sales meetings calendar, agenda creator and note taker
    • Ownership of the Sales P&P drive. Create quarterly corporate sales prospecting plans and assign throughout team
    • Develop & Implement Sales Internal & External Training content
    • Create consistency among all Sales Managers proposal process, upselling opportunities, sale process best practices, Caterease practices and improvements
    • Ownership of the Corporate Sales Team working closely with Operations, Culinary, Administrative teams to achieve overarching QCC goals.
    • Corporate Events, Catering Contracts, Corporate Drop-Off.
    • Management of existing partnership, and any other contracts as assigned.
    • Consistently keep a pulse on competitors products and services, and create well thought out information to share with the team on how to stay market aligned.
    • Manage client feedback and respond in a timely fashion.
    • Make suggestions to team on suggested improvements for sales / events to enhance client experience on a scheduled basis.
    • Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers, and enhance current customers.
    • Adherence to all company policies & procedures.
    • Utilization and upkeep of records in CRM System (currently CaterEase).
    • Participate in the menu development process, providing lead corporate sales feedback.
