- You'll assist individuals in acquiring, retaining, or enhancing skills by engaging them in various daily activities, both at home and in the community, to boost their independence levels.
- You'll devise and implement support techniques to meet each individual's specific goals.
- You'll maintain accurate daily progress reports for each shift worked with the individuals.
- Bachelor's Degree OR minimum of 2 years of relevant, community-based involvement with adults with disabilities.
- Valid driver's license with insurance coverage.
- Willingness to transport individuals in personal vehicles within the community.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
