- Three or more years' solid litigation experience in Florida, as a legal assistant or paralegal.
- MUST have previous experience working with the Federal and State Courts.
- Must be adept at standard legal assistant tasks such as e-filing, scheduling, and even docketing.
- Must be familiar with deadlines as well.
- Will preferably have previously used a document management system. This firm uses Worldox, and will train.
- This position is fully on site.
- The firm provides parking
