    Description

    The Saade Law Firm, P.A., a top law firm serving clients across a plethora of industries, is seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant. Working with the firm's corporate practice team, the successful candidate must be highly motivated and organized. The Corporate Legal Assistant will assist and support all aspects of a heavy corporate and mergers and acquisition practice. Qualified candidates should be able to effectively handle the multiple and varied responsibilities of corporate client management; including organizing corporate documents and charter documents, prepare forms forms to create business entities, and assist in organizing client contracts.

    The Legal Assistant should have the ability to develop rapport with clients, maintain strong working relationships, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and produce an accurate and high-quality work product are essential requirements for this position. Strong organizational and communication skills, a working knowledge of computer applications and litigation support systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Clio is preferred.
