    Title: Sr. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

    Location: New York NY (Hybrid)

    Contract

    Only W2

    a) Experience developing solutions with and around Dynamics 365 Sales

    b) Experience integrating systems with Dynamics 365 Sales

    c) Experience enabling new features in Dynamics 365 Sales

    d) Experience automating processes in Dynamics 365 Sales

    e) Experience with Security, Permissions and Access in Dynamics 365 Sales module.

    f) Experience architecting solutions with and around Dynamics 365 Sales

    Scope of Work:

    • Expert level hands-on experience in troubleshooting heavily customized Dynamics 365 Sales module.
    • Expert level hands-on experience in troubleshooting Dynamics 365 System Components set up and UI issues.
    • Expert level hands-on experience in troubleshooting Security, Permissions and Access in Dynamics 365 Sales module
    • Systems Integration: Troubleshoot and oversee the integration of various system components, including third party services including MS SharePoint, The Portal Connector (TPC), Sitefinity. CB Dynamics 365 to SharePoint Permissions Replicator and various Data Replication tools
    • Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with Product team to define testing strategies and ensure the quality of the solution.
    • Devops: Work to define deployment pipelines and deployment strategies
    • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement with the development team.
    • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the function of the job.
    • Ensure management awareness of problems that are severe in nature or that are exceeding documented targets.
    • Review outstanding issues on a daily basis to assure that troubleshooting and resolutions are current.
    • Recognize potential areas where policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed, especially regarding future business expansion. Submit recommendations as appropriate.
    • Participate in relevant information-sharing activities.
    • Ensure that all problems are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Help build team spirit by assisting other staff members and promoting a positive workplace.
    • Maintain awareness of the rapidly changing environment and recommend cost efficient techniques.
    • Ensure all changes comply with change management policies and procedures.
    • Complete any activities, tasks, and projects assigned.
    • Responsible for reporting to and completing work at assigned times.
    • Provide technical mentoring to the other developers as needed.
    • Lead the development of solutions with minimal supervision
