    Job Summary:

    As a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer with over 10 years of experience, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-level business automation solutions using Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Your expertise will be crucial in creating responsive web applications compatible with various devices and formats, and integrating them with diverse data services and REST APIs. You will lead the application development team in adhering to coding and design standards, accelerating product delivery through DevOps automation, and ensuring compliance with security standards and guidelines.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable solutions using Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
    • Develop and customize model-driven apps, including designing dynamics security roles, configuring business units, and teams.
    • Customize Dynamics/Power Portals to meet specific business needs and user requirements.
    • Design responsive web applications compatible with multi-device formats, ensuring optimal user experience across platforms.
    • Develop custom plug-in code in .NET framework, C#, or other applicable programming languages, leveraging CRM SDKs for PowerApps.
    • Implement custom workflows and JavaScript to automate business processes and enhance system functionality.
    • Integrate applications with various data services and REST APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange and interoperability.
    • Ensure the application development team follows governance-set coding and design standards, maintaining consistency and quality across projects.
    • Utilize Azure services, including integration services like Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Functions, to enhance application functionality and scalability.
    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in best practices and emerging technologies in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
    • Take client calls and resolve most client issues independently, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions aligned with business objectives and technical architectures.
    • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure applications meet performance and reliability requirements.
    • Stay updated on the latest developments in Microsoft Power Platform technologies, attending training sessions and obtaining relevant certifications as needed.
    Requirements

    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    - Over 10 years of experience in developing enterprise business automation solutions using Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power Automate,Power BI,C#.Net and .Net Framework.

    - Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, Python, Java, NodeJS, or PHP.

    - Strong experience with relational databases, including SQL Server, and data modeling.

    - Experience with Azure services, including Azure integration services like Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Functions.

    - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    - Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to lead and mentor junior developers.

    - Certification in Microsoft Power Platform development (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate and Platform Solution Architect Expert) is preferred.

    By fulfilling this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives and delivering innovative solutions that empower organizations to streamline their operations and achieve their business objectives using the Microsoft Power Platform.
