Job Description
What you will be doing:
Spearhead the incubation process, nurturing innovative ideas into thriving businesses that revolutionize the supply chain and industrials landscape.
Research new opportunities and ideate solutions, and validate concepts.
Hire an entrepreneur and support them in building a minimum viable product and scaling the business.
Conduct primary and secondary research on the verticals of interest to identify pain points and opportunities for innovation.
Source best-in-class Founders, Entrepreneurs in Residence and Operators in Residence.
Test the desirability, feasibility, and viability of hypothesized solutions.
Build the investment case for your hypothesized solution.
Develop and execute on a business model, go-to-market strategy, and product roadmap for the hypothesized solution.
Design and execute pilots to test the Minimum Viable Product.

Experience you will need:

Minimum of six years experience, with prior entrepreneurial experience - either as a startup founder or held a leadership role at an early-stage, venture-backed startup (Series A and earlier, ideally B2B software).

Experienced sector expert with knowledge of the supply chain, logistics, or industrials space.

An executer at heart who is highly motivated to wear many hats and build a business from the ground up.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Product management and/or software-experience.
MBA is a plus.

Location:

The ideal candidate will work out of 25madison's New York City Office located at 817 Broadway, New York, NY 10003, however remote candidates in NY will also be considered.
