    Administrative Coordinator

    Maplecrest Ford Lincoln

    We are headquartered in Vauxhall, New Jersey and looking to expand our administrative team by filling a key role within the organization with am administrative support. The ideal candidate would support all aspects off our front office team, be able to flex and adapt to our fast paced environment. All characteristics for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Ensure high quality customer service
    • Answer multi-line phones, faxing documents, processing check requests
    • UPS mailings
    • Office Supply Ordering
    • Updating CRM
    • Maintaining customer boards
    • Making appointments
    • Distributing mail
    • Creates ID badges for our field representatives (sales reps and technicians)
    • Prepares New Hire Paperwork for new employees
    • General office management
    • Keep stock room organized
    • Processing Cancellation Requests
