- Ensure the spa is properly maintained and cleaned.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Hotel Management, or Hospitality Management
- Minimum of five years of experience in the spa industry or a related field
- Strong understanding of spa industry trends and customer service principles
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and spa management software
