    Hand & Stone in Jupiter is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our spa while providing exceptional service to our clients. You will assist the Spa Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Assist the Spa Manager in day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.

    2. Ensure that all spa services are delivered with the highest level of professionalism and customer care.

    3. Train and mentor spa staff to maintain high service standards and uphold the spa's reputation for excellence.

    4. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues effectively.

    5. Collaborate with the Spa Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

    6. Monitor and manage spa budgets, including expenses and revenue targets, to ensure financial objectives are met.

    7. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting spa environment at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.

    8. Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new spa staff as needed.

    9. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and treatment techniques to continuously improve service offerings.

    10. Support the Spa Manager in administrative tasks, such as payroll processing, staff scheduling, and performance evaluations.

    Requirements:

    1. Proven experience in a sales and managerial role

    2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, staff, and management.

    3. Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on motivating and inspiring team members to achieve goals.

    4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

    5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
