    Location Description

    Costa d'Este Beach Resort & Spa is a luxury resort located in Vero Beach, Florida.

    The resort's rooms and suites are spacious and luxuriously appointed, with many offering stunning views of the ocean or the pool.

    Overview


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Mix drinks for servers according to standard recipes.
    • Familiarity with the wine list and the stemware and appropriate garnishes used.
    • Follow procedures as outlined in employee manual and bartenders manual. Jigger pour, making drinks for servers only when rung in on Micros.
    • Keep bar stocked and clean. Follow sidework sheet.
    • Monitor inventory.
    • Be knowledgeable of the menu for guests ordering at the bar.
    • Ensure the consistency in the presentation and recipes of all cocktails.
    • Be familiar with and enforce all policies related to liquor liability laws.
    • Handle all member and guest information according to procedures.
    • Be familiar with all property amenities and other restaurants.

    MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by supervisor or manager.
    • Help out on floor when needed, seating guests, answering phones and serving tables.
    Qualifications

    2 years prior experience preferred.
