    Description

    Responsibilities

    :
  • Cultivate the sales leadership team within designated regions, enhancing their ability to engage employees in delivering world-class customer service
  • Build and develop regional front line sales team capabilities to engage employees in delivering world-class customer service, including selling, order replenishment, and merchandising
  • Elevate the expertise of merchandising leadership to deliver outstanding customer service and ROI implementing efficient and impactful training that delivers consistent high class customer service throughout the region
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborating with the sales, logistics, and supply chain teams to improve execution and end to end success for the sales region
  • Champion the usage of existing technology and data platforms through the examples set by leadership and front-line sales teams utilizing hardware and software as value added actions
  • Maintain connections to external customers through trade time and collaboration with the Retail Account Management team to understand needs, gaps, and provide solutions to improve customer experience and cost to serve
  • Collaborate with cross-regional SPMs, Customer Excellence, Retail Account Management, Finance, regional HRBP, and PRGM on enterprise-wide field sales capabilities gaps, opportunities and roll out plans

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred
  • 2+ years Direct Store Delivery Field Sales Management & Merchandising Management required
  • 1+ years Capabilities Management and Development in Consumer Package goods preferred
  • 1+ years Direct store Delivery Logistics Operations preferred
  • 1+ years Project Management/Leadership experience preferred
  • Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements
    • Base pay range is $94,371 - $148,635 plus bonus structure. Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
