    Description

    Manning Personnel Group, Inc., is working with a real estate investment firm in Boston as they are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the General Counsel. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and collaborating with colleagues across departments and global offices.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support to the General Counsel in various legal matters, including legal research and document preparation.
    • Maintain and organize corporate and compliance-related documentation and records.
    • Prepare and maintain minutes from meetings.
    • Draft and review legal documents.
    • Prepare and make necessary filings for legal entities.
    • Assist in preparing reports for regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
    • Assist in the development, review, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
    • Assist in the planning and execution of compliance audits and monitor and track corrective actions resulting from audits.
    • Prepare regular compliance reports for management and relevant stakeholders.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of compliance activities.
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments and all global offices.
    • Facilitate communication and coordination on legal and compliance matters across departments and global offices.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Degree or certificate in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in a paralegal role (preferred, not required).
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
    • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
