Paralegal Position - Public Protection & Advocacy Bureau - Insurance & Financial Services Division
Primary Duties:
  • Provide administrative, technical, and investigative support for settlement implementations, mediations, and consumer outreach
  • Assist IFSD attorneys and technical staff in ongoing litigation and investigations
  • Organize and review discovery materials, analyze data, conduct research, manage files, and assist in report drafting
  • Engage in communication with various parties and input data into Excel for computations and searches
