    Job Summary

    The Sales Manager will be a dynamic leader responsible for managing the sales team to boost revenue growth, enhance market presence, and meet sales objectives. The ideal candidate should have a solid sales leadership background, a good grasp of the roofing sector, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.

    Role and Responsibilities

    • Sales Strategy and Planning:
      • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
      • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
    • Team Leadership and Management:
      • Recruit, train, and mentor a strong sales team.
      • Offer guidance and support to sales representatives to help them achieve their goals.
      • Set performance expectations, monitor metrics, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
    • Customer Relationship Management:
      • Build strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
      • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions.
    • Sales Process Optimization:
      • Enhance sales processes for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.
      • Utilize best practices and tools to support sales activities and boost productivity.
    • Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
      • Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape.
      • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for strategic decision-making.
    • Performance Reporting and Analysis:
      • Track performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for management review.
      • Utilize data insights to drive sales growth.

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
    • 4-6 years of experience in sales leadership roles with a track record of bringing clear actionable ideas to the table.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.
