Our Sales Representatives earn $75k-$140k

Job Responsibilities and Description:


This position revolves around identifying roofing needs for clients and property owners and working with them in a consultative setting within their business to assist with initial action items to begin work on their project.

Sales Representatives will be expected to meet minimum standards of performance and present themselves with integrity and professionalism at every appointment.

Self-generated leads will be expected each month as our teams live by the principle that the success of one allows for the success of many.


  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs and offering appropriate roofing solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the technical sales team to develop and present roofing proposals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and followup
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services to effectively advise clients on roofing options
  • Actively participate in business development activities to expand the company's client base
  • Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
  • Proven experience in outside sales or account management, preferably in the roofing industry
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer interactions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently

Pay:
From $75,000.00 per year


Compensation package:

  • Commission pay
  • Uncapped commission

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 75% travel
