    We are working with a homebuilder in the Wilmington, NC market who is looking for a Sr. Accountant.

    This rolewillbe responsible forestablishing budgets, forecasting, and creating proforma projections as well ascash requirements for long-term development projects throughout theconstruction and ownership cycle.

    The ideal fit for this role will have at least 2-4 years of construction industry accounting experience.

    Must be open to being in the office Monday - Friday 8-5
