- Prepare reconciliations of all bank accounts and balance sheet accounts on monthly basis
- Post and reconcile revenue from Sale systems to Accounting System and ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with GAAP
- Post and reconcile government funds and grants in Accounting System and responsible for government/foundation grant AR management
- Post and reconcile payroll from payroll system to Accounting System
- Maintain fixed asset tracking and post depreciation on monthly basis
- Support the monthly close process, including posting recurring and adjustment journal entries and allocations
- Auditor experience/Accounting firm experience
- Fixed Asset Schedules/Bank Reconciliation experience
- 3-5 years of experience in an Accounting role
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong GAAP knowledge
