TheSenior Accountant
is a vital accounting team member and is responsible for performing various accounting and auditing duties. The
Senior Accountant
will work with a team of accountants and auditors to provide high-quality services to our clients. They will also be responsible for mentoring and training junior accountants.
Responsibilities:
Perform fieldwork and document results in all audits, reviews, and compilations of the financial statements of privately held businesses and nonprofit organizations.
Maintain and nurture strong working relationships with appropriate client personnel.
Work individually and as a team member on various engagements and keeps supervisor informed of job status.
Assumes responsibility for increasing skills, demonstrating strong organization skills, and having attention to detail.
Expand technical knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and formal learning channels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
CPA license preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
