Description
A forward-thinking and financially healthy healthcare system boasts an excellent bread-and-butter general surgery opportunity in Central Illinois. The incoming provider will join other surgeons.Opportunity
The clinic is located in the hospital building for easy access to the surgery department and floor consults. Join four physicians and one APP.
One physician also does vascular and some thoracic.
Two physicians also do basic bariatric.
The practice would love to add someone with an interest in building a breast, bariatric, or vascular practice while still doing general surgery.
Compensation/Benefits~$525,000 + bonus based on RVU production.
~$40,000 sign-on bonus
~$30,000 total retention bonus (paid $10,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
~ Quality bonus adds up to 10% of base salary (eligible upon earning a base salary)
~33 days of time off
~5 days + $6,000 CME annually
~1:4 call
