    Description

    Marketing & Business Development Fellow for Global Art Advisory Firm

    The Fine Art Group is a leading international art investment, lending, appraisal, and advisory firm providing immersive fellowships for recent graduates and individuals aspiring to enter the art industry. This full-time position (6-12 months) offers a chance to gain valuable insights into the business aspects of the art world by collaborating with our team of industry experts, potentially leading to a permanent entry-level role.

    Location: Flexibility in location; preference given to candidates in NYC.

    • Qualities We Seek:
    • Business acumen with analytical skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word/Powerpoint/Sharepoint
    • Detail-oriented mindset
    • Passion for the art and collectibles market
    • Strong work ethic, excellent task prioritization, efficient time management
    • Adept at handling fast-paced environments and multiple projects with tight deadlines
    • Collaborative team player with proactive initiative, comfortable with independent work
    • Effective communicator who is unafraid to seek clarifications
    • Experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, Hootsuite is a plus
    • Familiarity with Pipedrive and/or CRM systems

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Collecting data on key referral sources and clients
    • Producing marketing materials (presentations, proposals, etc.)
    • Ensuring accuracy and organization of mailing lists
    • Taking comprehensive meeting notes for team distribution
    • Managing files and assisting in social media post creation and scheduling
    • Analyzing and reporting marketing data from various sources
    • Conducting research on digital marketing keywords and hashtags
    • Copy editing and proofreading marketing materials
    • Providing support for company events and conferences
    • Assisting with appraisal and advisory tasks like photo editing and cataloging
    • Admin support involving mailing, competitive service research, and data management

    Education Level: Recent graduate or individuals transitioning from other industries with a passion for the Art Business.
