- Manage all seating warranty claims and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide post-install service support to address any issues or concerns reported by clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical questions related to motion furniture operation and repair.
- Utilize experience in motion furniture manufacturing or furniture repair to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues effectively.
- Travel periodically to oversee high-profile installations or repairs in locations where local technicians are not available.
- Assist with warehouse tasks as required, including inventory management and organization.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes.
- Previous experience in motion furniture manufacturing or within a furniture repair company is highly preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills related to motion furniture operation and repair.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to address inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Ability to perform warehouse tasks as needed, including lifting and moving furniture.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication purposes.
