    Job Title: IT Operations Manager

    Company: Rehrig Pacific


    Purpose of Role: As an IT Operations Manager at Rehrig Pacific, you will lead a team of network technicians and administrators to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our network infrastructure. Your role involves providing guidance and support to resolve issues efficiently while also driving thought leadership to enhance the efficiency and resiliency of all IT operations goals.

    Areas of Accountabilities:

    • Develop the Network Operations team into a highly collaborative, forward-thinking group of technical experts.
    • Lead modernization efforts to align with strategic business goals such as infrastructure-as-code adoption and automation for reducing technical debt.
    • Establish performance standards to enhance the efficiency and resiliency of IT operations.
    • Ensure IT deployment aligns with the overall strategy and vision.
    • Focus on documentation and knowledge sharing for self-service capabilities.
    • Provide leadership for setting standards and procedures.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years in network architect roles in enterprise environments.
    • Deep knowledge of system development lifecycle and networking.
    • Proficiency in virtualized server environments and modern multi-site networks.
    • Strong business acumen and communication skills.
    • Experience in managing technical teams and project management.
    • Knowledge of Agile processes is a plus.
    • Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
