- 5 years of people management experience, specifically with a focus on leading and mentoring technicians and engineers.
- 4+ years of relevant IT operations support; account management, basic networking and troubleshooting methodologies, and client service.
- 4+ years of experience of IT service management.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in fast-paced SAP-BASIS environments on the cloud with a basic understanding of related operating systems (i.e., Linux, Windows) and hyper-scalers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Proven experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to achieve successful solution delivery.
- Experience leading global and/or distributed teams, and mentoring/developing team members.
- Experience reading software code in one or more languages (e.g., Python, Julia, SAS).
- Experience working in complex organizational settings (e.g., shared accountability, geographic dispersion, etc.)
- Experience engaging and influencing executives and stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Regularly propose, lead, and execute initiatives within the support organization aimed at optimizing the overall customer support experience.
2. Oversee the daily operations of the shift, ensuring adequate staffing levels and the fulfillment of SLA commitments by the team.
3. Developing and implementing IT Strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
4. Leading IT projects from initiation to completion, including defining project scopes, timelines, and budgets.
5. Implementing and enforcing IT security policies and procedures.
6. Providing technical support to end-users, resolving IT-related issues, and other duties as assigned.
