    Job Description:

    The Senior Portfolio Operations Manager will lead infrastructure managed Services operations over a portfolio of clients. Will ensure effective delivery of the end-to-end run services, supporting an account team led by a Delivery Executive. Will have accountability in delivery and operations, client management, financial management, resource and people management and transformation and innovation.

    You will drive operational excellence within our Cloud Infrastructure Services business. You will oversee and optimize various operational aspects, streamline processes, and manage resources to ensure our organization's smooth functioning. Your strategic vision and leadership will be vital in aligning operational goals with broader business goals.
