    Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am 5 pm

    Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Motion Repair and Service Manager to oversee all aspects of seating warranty, post-install service, technical support, and repair operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in motion furniture manufacturing or within a furniture repair company, with a strong ability to address technical inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage all seating warranty claims and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide post-install service support to address any issues or concerns reported by clients.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical questions related to motion furniture operation and repair.
    • Utilize experience in motion furniture manufacturing or furniture repair to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues effectively.
    • Travel periodically to oversee high-profile installations or repairs in locations where local technicians are not available.
    • Assist with warehouse tasks as required, including inventory management and organization.
    • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in motion furniture manufacturing or within a furniture repair company is highly preferred.
    • Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills related to motion furniture operation and repair.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to address inquiries and concerns professionally.
    • Ability to perform warehouse tasks as needed, including lifting and moving furniture.
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication purposes.
