    What you'll do


    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. As an BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential partners for our innovative solutions. You will be working with banks and other Fintechs to help them understand the value of our solutions and how they can improve their commercial lending efficiency and customer experience.

    Responsibilities
    • Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including email, phone, and social media
    • Schedule and conduct demonstrations of our products and services to prospective customers
    • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
    • Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
    • Track and report on sales activities and progress
    • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate new leads
    Requirements
    • 1-3 years of experience in a business development or sales role
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Creative and out-of-the-box mindset
    • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
    • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
