    Business Development Representative (BDR)


    Job type: 1099 contractor Location: Remote (preferred to reside in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut) Resilience Lab is seeking a results-driven, strategic Business Development Representative (BDR) who is passionate about supporting our mission and making quality mental healthcare more accessible.

    The Business Development Representative will play a critical role in taking Resilience Lab's growth strategy to the next level.

    You will be responsible for making outreach to the referring community, setting prospect meetings, and collaborating with our Head of B2B to maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified psychotherapy leads.


    Qualifying candidates will have:
    Minimum 2 years of business development experience in the health tech industry.
    Established relationships with individuals or organizations within the healthcare industry.
    Versatility to cold call into new relationships as well as maintain and cultivate existing relationships.

    Familiarity with establishing relationships and ease speaking with hospitals, medical doctors, psychiatrists, interventionists, EAPs, addiction/mental health treatment centers, and therapists in a clinical sales process.

    Ability to exercise professionalism in a manner that reflects a positive image for the organization, as well as the individual candidate, by exhibiting ethics, attention to detail, availability, and drive.


    Responsibilities:


    Actively prospect, cold call (on the phone and face-to-face) to help generate meetings for our Head of B2B in our key markets.

    Provide excellent follow-up with prospects and existing relationships.
    Observe and identify market opportunities and challenges.
    Achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for psychotherapy leads to our therapy practice.
