    Description

    Bridge is currently looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join their team. This role involves creating valuable partnerships and leveraging client success to benefit the organization.

    Key qualifications for the ideal candidate:

    • 2 to 5 years of experience in the Ad/MarTech industries
    • Understanding of Digital Media, Data, and Programmatic Media
    • Previous experience in sales or business development

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Driving revenue growth from existing and new partners
    • Enhancing partnership performance and engaging with key industry leaders
    • Managing sales pipeline and revenue forecasts efficiently
    • Collaborating with various teams to provide market feedback and drive product improvements
    • Maintaining transparent communication with management and business partners
    • Contributing to the development of new use cases

    Desired Skills, Education, and Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience in Business Development within the MarTech industry
    • Knowledge of data marketing ecosystem, including DMP and DSP processes
    • Proficiency in mobile advertising and optimization strategies
    • Familiarity with industry-leading technology in digital advertising
    • Understanding of best practices in analytics, advertising, and audience targeting
    • Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and acquiring new business
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
