Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies and campaigns to generate financial support for DFOY's programs and initiatives.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with individual donors, foundations, corporations, and other potential supporters to secure major gifts, grants, sponsorships, and other forms of philanthropic support.
• Manage donor communications and stewardship activities, including donor recognition, acknowledgments, reports, and updates to foster ongoing engagement and support.
• Plan and execute fundraising events, donor cultivation activities, and stewardship events to engage donors, raise awareness, and generate support for DFOY's mission and programs.
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors, Executive Director, and program staff to develop fundraising goals, budgets, and strategies aligned with organizational priorities and objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate fundraising performance, track donor contributions, and prepare regular reports and updates for senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Stay informed about trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities in philanthropy, fundraising, and nonprofit management to inform strategic decisionmaking and continuous improvement.

Experience:

• Proven experience in digital marketing and fundraising within the nonprofit sector
• Demonstrated success in grant writing and securing funding from various sources
• Knowledge of market trends and strategies for donor engagement
• Strategic planning expertise to drive organizational success
