- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Assist customers with order placement and changes.
- Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and provide billing-related assistance.
- Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and report it to Leadership.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate our rental fleet operators.
- Resolve any issues involving our rental fleet operators.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with the fleet operations team to implement changes.
- Coordinate with businesses for receiving cars.
- Coordinate with VIP clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify and solve customer issues effectively.
- Willingness to collaborate and assist with various operational tasks.
- Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate records and assist with quality control.
- Proficient in using various software applications and CRM systems.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service or operations experience is a plus.
