    Position Summary

    We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support/Operations Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while also assisting with various operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our business. If you are a problem solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers, we'd love to have you on board.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
    • Assist customers with order placement and changes.
    • Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and provide billing-related assistance.
    • Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and report it to Leadership.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Coordinate our rental fleet operators.
    • Resolve any issues involving our rental fleet operators.
    • Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with the fleet operations team to implement changes.
    • Coordinate with businesses for receiving cars.
    • Coordinate with VIP clients.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

    • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to identify and solve customer issues effectively.
    • Willingness to collaborate and assist with various operational tasks.
    • Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate records and assist with quality control.
    • Proficient in using various software applications and CRM systems.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Previous customer service or operations experience is a plus.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
