As an internet service provider for business customers, we work on digitizing business processes and develop innovative solutions and products for the medium-sized sector as an IT service provider.

In Ballwin, we have our own microwave network for broadband networking and operate redundant data center spaces for highly available business applications.

Your tasks:

Installation and commissioning of components in the field of broadband internet, local networks, and IT security
Customer support, troubleshooting, and maintenance work
Supporting team colleagues by ensuring understandable and accurate documentation
Proactive participation in the sales of our solutions and services
Collaboration in the further development and optimization of our IT network, data center, and microwave infrastructure
Coordination and evaluation of requirements with internal and external customers
Participation in the selection, analysis, and testing of new IT components with subsequent integration into operational use
Documentation of systems and independent acceptance of our solutions with router, switch, VPN, and firewall systems

Your profile:

Completed or advanced technical training, preferably with initial professional experience in the IT or telecommunications industry
Proficient in working with common IT systems and networks (Windows & Linux)
First experience in the administration of IT systems and networks,
