The Administration/Department of Personnel and Law is offering a position for Personnel Management (m/f/d) on a permanent basis in part-time (50%).


Your responsibilities:

  • Conducting individual labor law measures (including processing of hiring, extension, and reclassification requests, job descriptions and evaluations)
  • Managing personnel files and data
  • Providing advice and support to employees and managers on personnel matters
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with other departments and external partners on personnel-related projects and initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and internal regulations
  • Participating in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned.
