As a Customer Support Agent in Ballwin, MO, you will provide our customers with a first-class experience through high-quality product advice and efficient handling of complaints.

In direct contact with customers, you will contribute to putting a smile on their faces and building long-term and sustainable relationships with the company.


Volume: 20-30 hours per week

Customer Support: Efficient handling of written and telephone customer inquiries, as well as comprehensive product advice based on product-specific expertise

Complaint Management: Responsible for processing complaints and ensuring excellent communication with internal and external interfaces

Warehouse Logistics: Accurate recording, inspection, storage, and picking of incoming and outgoing goods

Review Management: Processing customer feedback and identifying potential for improvement and process optimization

Expertise: Continuous development of the intranet with best practice solutions and knowledge about Ergotopia's product world


Job Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable degree
  • You have initial professional experience in customer support or product advice; experience in ecommerce or startups is a plus
  • You have basic knowledge of working with an ERP and ticket system
  • You describe your work style as structured, conscientious, and solutionoriented
  • You are a communication talent who remains calm under pressure and enjoys challenges
  • You are passionate about our vision: creating a workplace that is healthy, productive, and happy
  • You speak and write German at a fluent level
