    **Job Expectations:**

    Supervise delivery of all material coming in and leaving the warehouse. Coordinate ETAs for delivery and flagging any potentially late deliveries.

    Oversee procedures for loading and unloading of products

    May from time to time have to help unload trucks and or help with deliveries

    Make material runs for material shortages on active jobsites. Some local travel to pick up parts and supplies.

    Plan warehouse layout and space requirements to prevent loss or damage, and to achieve full warehouse optimization. Organize the product in the warehouse and keep maintain shipping/receiving area.

    Manage weekly and monthly counts on inventory ensuring accuracy for job site costs and available material in inventory.

    Manage vendors / service providers in relation to maintenance or projects within facility

    Ensure that employees adhere to all health and safety regulations. Maintain appropriate and complete documentation regarding regulated products and hazardous materials

    Assist with projects on occasion

    Assist in the building maintenance including but not limited to snow removal, minor building repairs, cleaning etc.

    **Experience/Skills/Qualifications:**

    Ability to operate a desktop computer and related peripherals

    Extended periods of sitting or standing

    Work in a warehouse setting with varying temperatures at times

    Ability to work occasional overtime

    Able to lift, push/pull, and carry at least 40lbs.

    Able to stand for at least 6 hours per day.

    Able to climb ladders, stairs, and kneel.

    Valid drivers license with an acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record.
