- Train and supervise all warehouse associates within the facility.
- Accountable for inventory integrity and accuracy to the ERP system.
- Conducts, confirms, and reports findings of cycle counts.
- Management of picking, staging, loading, and posting activity.
- Management of all shipping warehouse activity.
- Maintain all equipment, including repair and replacements of trailers, switcher truck and forklifts.
- Manage all outgoing ASN to customers, including timely submission of ASN's and making corrections as needed.
- Transportation scheduling to include ordering trucks and scheduling expedites as needed.
- Coordinate closely with Customer Service, Planning and Production to ensure orders are shipped on time.
- Daily KPI reporting, to include expedites.
- SAP/SAP Hana experience is required.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ year of prior management experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and effective time management skills
- Experience in Automotive Manufacturing is preferred.
