Find out more by visiting .Position SummaryThe Sales Coordinator provides the necessary administrative support to the field sales team and becomes the point of reference on all administrative matters.
Attention to detail is absolutely required.The goal is to facilitate the team's sales activities to maximize their performance and minimize their administrative burden as to allow them to focus on their core responsibilities.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist Sales Leader in training new Business Consultant on sales process and systems necessary to complete processAccurately audit sales documentation, communicate to sales team member of its completeness and submit it to the correct departmentProcess all orders with accuracy and timeliness and inform Business Consultant of unforeseen delays or problems from other departments on their request for proposalEnsure adherence to guidelines, processes and policiesMonitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements to Sales LeaderAssure necessary promotional or marketing material are availableOther ad hoc projects and tasks as assignedKey Performance ExpectationsBecause much of the Key Performance Expectations are dependent on the activity of others, these factors will be reviewed, and workload will be allocated equitably between entire Sales Administrative Team.
SubmissionsA minimum of 4 submissions per day, or at least 20 per weekAccuracy greater than 80>#/li###Accurately tracking of submissions and preparation of recapsRecapsA minimum of 3 recaps per day, or at least 15 per weekConsistent follow up with BC to accurately indicate the status of the recapClosed Deal Paperwork (For US Based or Closing Coordinators)Review and recap of Closed Deal Paperwork within 4 business hours of receiptClear recap and next steps to BC and Sales Leader for every Closed Deal Package reviewKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExcellent computer skills, especially the Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe EditorSharePoint (or similar)DocuSign (or similar)CRM systems, ClientSpace and Salesforce experience is a plusTime Management skills is a mustProficiency with communicating in EnglishWell-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solvingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA team player with high level of dedicationEducation & ExperienceProven experience in sales administration, experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
Undergraduate degree in business administration or relevant field is also considered a plus.
