- Oversee and maintain all aspects of contracts and sales order processing
- Resolve customer billing issues and questions
- Communicate with customers and sales personnel regarding the collection and reconciliation of accounts receivable
- Act as administrative assistant to Sales Manager on various issues and functions
- Assist sales staff with special projects and customer service
- Managing price changes
- Liaison with the Credit department and Shared services regarding invoicing and credit problems
- Preparation of daily and monthly reports
- General office/logistics functions of the sales office
- Review orders in the system to meet or exceed customer-required quantities and delivery expectations
- Represent the company as our liaison between customers both internally and externally
- Must maintain awareness of surroundings at all times and perform work safely and productivelyWhat We Are Looking For
- General business experience, preferably in a manufacturing/shipping environment
- Prior customer service experience required
- High School diploma required.
- Basic understanding of Accounting Practices and Financial Reporting
- Superior computer skills including all aspects of MS Office with an emphasis on database management and Excel
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Work independently
- Perform duties with the minimum direction within company guidelines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
- Work overtime as needed
- Strong attention to detail and recordkeepingPreferred Experience
- SAP experience preferred
- Aggregate product knowledge a plus.
