Job Summary and Responsibilities:

Position: Agent Assistant at UTA's Digital Talent department.

Role Overview: Provide administrative support, manage daily schedules, prepare for meetings, and handle correspondence and reports.

-

Key Responsibilities:

Manage phone calls, calendar entries, and research for meetings.
Schedule virtual meetings and calls both internally and externally.
Maintain spreadsheets, draft correspondence, and prepare press kits and materials.
Track and review contracts, client calendars, and payments.
Prepare and submit expense reports monthly.
