    Role Overview:
    Provide administrative support, manage daily schedules, prepare for meetings, and handle correspondence and reports.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Manage phone calls, calendar entries, and research for meetings.
    • Schedule virtual meetings and calls both internally and externally.
    • Maintain spreadsheets, draft correspondence, and prepare press kits and materials.
    • Track and review contracts, client calendars, and payments.
    • Prepare and submit expense reports monthly.
