The Director of Digital Product and E-commerce drives ongoing development, innovation, and optimization of a best-in-class D2C e-commerce site.This Director of Digital Products and E-commerce must be aware of the current e-commerce and digital landscape and use this knowledge and resources to innovate and improve how our customers shop and receive service from end to end.
This role works cross-functionally with marketing, brand, creative, and operations teams to continuously refine, improve, and elevate the customer experience across our website.
What you will do:
- Exhibit strong leadership and partnership skills: Directly manage our existing internal D2C team and PARTNER with many other Jazwares cross functional teams.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce roadmap aligned with the company's business objectives including full P&L ownership.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Build and manage a prioritized testing roadmap, design and run tests on a clearlydefined testing cycle, and implement winning tests.
- Website Merchandising: Own website merchandising strategy that marries optimal user flow with product revenue targets, continually optimizing the merchandising strategy to maximize user value.
- Seamless User Experience Management: Execute and contribute to defining the vision for a seamless user experience that drives conversion and brand love.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance metrics (CR%, AOV, website revenue, revenue per user, time on site, site speed)
- International Capabilities: Manage and coordinate the setup and operation of Global capabilities
- Web Analytics: Lead the integration and implementation of web analytics to gather valuable insights and optimize the user experience and marketing strategies with an A/B testing roadmap.
- Shopify Management: Oversee and optimize the Shopify platform, including product listings, inventory management, and site performance. Strong experience in the Shopify App Ecosystem required.
- Product Enhancements: Identify opportunities to enhance Shopify sites,, such as introducing new features, integrations, and payment options.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and user insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for improvements.
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices tailored to each international store to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic within a headless commerce context.
- Testing and QA: Conduct regular usability testing, quality assurance, and bug tracking to maintain a smooth and errorfree shopping experience in a headless environment for international customers.

What we look for:
- 2 years or more of Shopify experience
- Leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Shopify Product Manager and Shopify apps ecosystem.
- 3+ years of team management and leadership experience. Strong strategic, conceptual, motivational skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data to drive decisionmaking.
- Shopify D2C Expert
- Creative problemsolving abilities and a passion for innovation.
- Strong understanding of latest online marketing concepts, tactics, strategy and best practices, focusing on the end customer experience.
- Data, analytics, and tag management knowledge, with a strong focus on operational excellence.
- Knowledge of creating A/B and/or multivariate tests
- Strategic thinker willing to push the envelope and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life
- Works well under pressure and can meet tight deadlines with a strong sense of accountability
- P&L ownership experience preferred
- Toy or comparable CPG industry experience working with fan, collector and content based consumer groups.
- Experience with the latest trends in social commerce (Tik Tok, Insta...)
- Outside development agency management experience
- Multilingual a plus
