    We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team.

    The role involves leading, operating, and managing assigned communities during leadership vacancies or critical business needs. Upholding excellence standards, occupancy levels, and financial targets within budget limits. Specific responsibilities may vary based on community requirements, objectives, and assignment duration.

    Responsibilities:

    Focus on Managing Vision and Purpose

    • Communicate a clear, resident-centered vision
    • Embody and advocate the company's purpose and mission

    Emphasis on Business Development:

    • Participate in marketing and sales strategy execution
    • Build local business relationships and stay informed on competitor pricing
    • Implement effective business development strategies and adapt plans based on outcomes
    • Hold Sales Team Members accountable for predetermined targets
    • Regularly address sales and occupancy issues
    • Rotate between 10 workdays and 4 days off in various assignments

    Resident and Family Service:

    • Meet and exceed resident expectations
    • Drive engagement improvements and lead resident meetings
    • Resolve resident concerns effectively
    • Establish and maintain relationships with residents and families
    • Ensure adherence to state regulations and uphold service excellence
    • Regularly communicate with residents and family members for feedback and updates

    Assisted Living/Memory Care:

    • Maintain resident administrative files and ensure compliance with regulations
    • Provide high-quality care and respond promptly to service issues
    • Stay informed on state regulations and ensure community compliance
    • Promote safety and risk management policies and practices
    • Cooperate with regulatory agencies and conduct necessary notifications

    Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance:

    • Deliver excellent care and service quality
    • Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
    • Review and address incident reports
    • Exercise sound financial management
    • Collaborate with regulatory bodies
    • Notify Regional Operations Leader of external inspections

    Financial Management and Business Acumen Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to budget preparation and monitoring
    • Review department budget status regularly
    • Analyze financial variances and implement corrective measures
    • Strive for improved profitability
    • Maximize revenue and manage costs efficiently
    • Oversee labor and operating expenses in line with budget
    • Ensure timely financial data submissions
    • Manage P&L, budget, and occupancy targets

    Supervisory/Leadership Responsibilities:

    • Participate in hiring processes and support new executives
    • Oversee all departments and ensure operational efficiency
    • Recruit, train, and evaluate department heads
    • Provide feedback and guidance to team members
    • Promote team development and maintain positive work environment

    Qualifications:

    • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or Health-related field
    • At least three years of managerial experience in relevant industries
    • Demonstrated success in operations management and budget oversight
    • Familiarity with sales processes is a plus
    • Compliance with state licensing requirements may be necessary
    • Availability for travel or extended assignments away from home
