For our Department of Staff 1 (Communication Team) in Dortmund, we are looking for a:


Communications Officer (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Further development and implementation of internal communication strategies and support of change processes within the institute;
  • Development of new concepts and creative formats for internal communication;
  • Organization and moderation of internal information events, workshops, etc.;
  • Management and development of internal information and communication channels;
  • Creation of editorial content (e.g. text in German and English, photos, and videos) for internal media, including collaboration with staff departments and researchers.

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in journalism, communication, media studies, public relations, or a comparable academic education;
  • Experience in strategic communication planning;
  • Ideally, several years of professional experience in corporate communication
