For one of our clients - an innovative company in refrigeration and air conditioning technology based in Düsseldorf - we are currently looking for a Human Resource Employee (m/f/d) for temporary employment with the option of permanent employment.
Your responsibilities:
- Management of personnel records
- Preparation of monthly payroll
- Consultation of managers on personnel matters
- Personnel development, including conducting employee meetings
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of experience in human resources/payroll with DATEV
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Professional communication skills
- Goaloriented, structured, and independent work style
- Proactive, businessoriented, and employeefocused thinking
- Teamoriented approach
