    Manpower Las Vegas is seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator for a direct hire role for a well-known client in the gaming industry in Las Vegas

    Job Type: Full-Time On-Site

    Summary: The Administrative Operations Coordinator role in Las Vegas, NV, involves providing customer-facing and back-office administration support to the sales function in a fast-growing multinational public company. The position entails various administrative tasks, communication with colleagues across multiple international offices, and managing various operational responsibilities.

    Must-Haves (Key Qualifications and Responsibilities):

    1. 3+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the gaming industry.
    2. Proficiency in order processing (SAP Business One or equivalent system).
    3. Strong customer service skills.
    4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
    5. Multitasking and effective prioritization of tasks.
    6. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
    7. Knowledge of operational procedures and processes.
    8. Experience in international shipping.
    9. Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes (beneficial).
    10. Successful completion of a background check.

    Other Qualifications and Responsibilities:

    • Intermediate knowledge of Import and Export (preferred).
    • Ability to lift/move 35 lbs, operate a pallet jack, pick and pack orders in boxes, and prepare pallets for shipment (physical requirements). (10% of workday)
    • Regularly working Monday to Friday with occasional overtime.
    • Participation in local exhibitions to support Sales and Marketing.
