- Welcome clients, prospects, vendors and deliveries to the office
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and timely manner. Transfer calls to appropriate individuals
- Process and file all incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain office and meeting supplies
- Kitchen supplies and daily lunch ordering
- Database clean up on all platforms
- Scheduling of all client meetings for all advisors
- Maintain conference rooms for client meetings
- Meeting document preparation
- Provide clerical/administrative support for the office
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Customer service experience a plus
- Demonstrated commitment to continual improvement
- Can do attitude, solution-orientated and reliable
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Must be able to type at least 55wpm
