Job Title:
Student Project Management - Clinical Trials (m/f/d)


In this role, you have the opportunity to


work with project managers on clinical research in the field of Advanced Hemodynamic Monitoring to ensure that new medical devices are adequately tested in clinical trials by study centers and that the data is subsequently validated.


These are your responsibilities

  • Support project management for clinical trials
  • Management (filing, tracking, archiving) of study documents
  • Creation of status reports
  • Creation and review of essential documents for clinical trials (e.g. protocol, informed consent form, investigator's brochure, CRF)
  • Preparation of regulatory submissions
  • Monitoring of study activities
  • Organization and documentation of meetings

You are part of


the Clinical Affairs team and therefore involved in the conduct of clinical trials in accordance with MDR, ISO 14155, and applicable national regulations.

These studies aim to ensure that sufficient clinical data is collected to support the development and validation of medical devices, submission of regulatory applications, and overall market launch strategies.


You bring with you

  • Current studies, e.g. in business administration, (bio)medical engineering
  • Interest in clinical trials
  • Excellent organizational skills, as well as analytical and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • You are available for at least one year and able
