About flat-mate:

As a young and dynamic team, we manage and rent furnished living spaces in the top locations of Berlin. Our primary target group is international young professionals and students. In addition to our core business of shared rooms, we also offer furnished business apartments.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Your main task is to inspect and clean shared rooms with each change of tenant,
  • If needed, you will also be responsible for cleaning common areas in existing shared apartments,
  • You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining office spaces (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping),
  • You will assist our furnishing team with setting up new apartments and perform final cleaning,
  • You will support our property management team and schedule appointments with external service providers,
  • Additional special tasks may be assigned to you as needed.

Your Profile:


  • Ideally, you have previous experience in cleaning,
  • You are reliable, thorough, and precise in your work,
  • You are physically fit,
  • You have a friendly and customeroriented demeanor,
  • You have a valid driver's license (Class B),
  • You have good knowledge of German.
