Employee (m/f/d) Central Work Preparation

Your tasks:

Operational implementation of central work preparation from order receipt or receipt of an inquiry to classification, answering or forwarding for clarification
Disposition and coordination of orders in the fields of electricity, gas, water, and telecommunications, including materials
Assignment of feedback from orders/inquiries, technical evaluation of inspection results, and forwarding of followup work to the appropriate departments
Documentation and processing of inquiries and complaints, as well as ensuring telephone availability
Creation and maintenance of master data and bills of materials
Interface between customers, technical departments, and financial accounting
Fault recording and evaluation in the fields of Stadtwerke Saarlouis GmbH
Documentation and adaptation of technical object structures
Preparation of statistical evaluations

Your profile:

Completed vocational training, e.g. as a plant mechanic, gas and water installer (SHK), electrician, or industrial clerk with initial experience in deployment planning, or a comparable qualification
Basic technical understanding with a willingness to familiarize oneself with relevant technical regulations (e.g. D
