Responsibilities:


  • Individual coaching for integration into the workforce
  • Development of a realistic professional integration strategy
  • Individual support planning
  • Creation of uptodate application documents
  • Assistance with the application process
  • Acquisition of companies
  • Documentation of coaching sessions

Profile:


  • Degree or professional experience
  • Knowledge of the local job market
  • Experience in application training and creating application documents
  • Customeroriented behavior
  • Enjoy working with people
  • Intercultural competencies
  • Ability to work independently

Notes:

This position is for a freelance worker (6-8 hours/week, 2 sessions per week) and is limited to one year.
